Our team of Youth Workers have the ability to undertake Case Management and/or Coordination to work with young people to achieve their goals and gain support. This is through:

Supported referrals to relevant local services and programs.

Advocacy & support for young people and their families.

Working towards goals for the young person to address their needs.

Youth In-Reach at South Grafton High School & Maclean High School.
